At Community Fitness Lee's Summit we are adamant about not over coaching or pushing members unnecessarily. We understand the importance of each athlete’s need for different levels of fitness and coaching. We want our members to focus on realistic goals and a healthy, lifelong fitness experience. We recognize that when a member enjoys training, the people around them and the overall atmosphere, they will fall in love with the experience. What We Offer
Functional Fitness is about safe, effective exercise that is suitable for all levels of fitness. Constantly varied workouts and functional movements at a relatively high intensity combine to create a perfect recipe for a healthy you.
Our ONE hour group classes consist of a dynamic group warm-up, followed by a strength session and polished off with a conditioning workout. Our expert coaches will guide you every step of the way and you will leave each class knowing you “got your money’s worth."

I highly recommend Community Fitness Lee's Summit. Robby is the owner and head trainer, and he the person what you want running a gym. He's a great teacher, he's calm, he cares about you, and he knows what he's talking about. Community Fitness has a real atmosphere of inclusion and camaraderie that you won't find at other places. I've been going there for a year and a half and I enjoy it more every month. Advice for new folks: when he tells you to start light and go easy, listen. :) Ask a lot of questions. Give it a month or so to get comfortable with these new lifts and exercises and you'll know what you can do, and how to modify things for your level.
